We are from Spain and own a brand new beach condo in Benidorm, Spain, near the Mediterranean sea, just 2 blocks away. Year built: 2007.

We  would like to make a house exchange with a house for a house in Florida, Seminole County, preferably Lake Mary, Oviedo, Sanford. Our property is on sale for 300 000 euros, if necessary we make an extra payment to pay for any difference with the other property.
