I haven't completed the online forms yet - getting swamped with regular work but in fact we want to leave Port Charlotte for the North East - NJ, MA would be fine. We have a 3 bdrm, 2.5 bath home on the water at 2535 Achilles St. in Port Charlotte. You can probably check it out at zillow.com or google search. It's abotu 2,400 sq ft, water front, pool, gigantic extra media room (I use it as a studio right now for my art - hmmm...what else would you like to know?
