One home is priced at $369,000 and the other is at $389,000. They are in the same community and next to each other. They could be income producing and would rent for about $1600 to $1800 a month each (that is the going rentals in this area and VERY easy to rent as Oakridge is booming). Let me know if you have any interest and I can send you photos. One house was completed 2 mos. ago and the other will be completed in 3 weeks.
