I have a wonderful historic plantation home in SC. The home has 6800 sqf and sits on 10 acres.
There are wonderful old oak trees, black walnut trees and it is a paradise for family / kids. We operated the downstairs as a restaurant with bar and everything incl. commercial kitchen is fully equipped. The property is ideal for horses and pets in general. All amenities 5 min away.
Upstairs it has 5 bedrooms, so that working and living in one place is a wonderful opportunity.
As we are planning to open up a holistic life style center for alternative medicine we need a property which is on one level. We are looking for an older Motel / Inn/ Hotel or any other big property. Regarding the location we are very flexible, it could be in the US or in the Caribbean, even in Europe would be fine. Please inquire more information and pictures for your convenience.
