I'm neither sure that prices have dropped "like the rest of the country where it has dropped 60 to 70%" nor do I see what people think their properties are worth and ask for them has to do with what your RV is worth. And if you rely upon Zillow for values and information you can really come unstuck. If you don't believe me ask an experienced realtor. And of course. as one may find comparisons to estimate the value of a property so may would be RV buyers/swapper.
I hope you're right about the value of your RV and in which case I'm sure you will have little trouble in selling or swapping it.
