We are open to all offers. We would like to swap this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in San Felipe, BC Mexico. We just don't use the property, but this could be perfect for someone who would like to retire/ vacation/ live in a sleepy beach town in Mexico. An ocean view from the terrace, walk to the beach. Also a Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Garage.

The home is owned outright, and was $89K 3 years ago, though the value has probably dropped some. The land owned by a small group of Americans that formed a corporation (as Americans can only own beach property when they form a corporation), and there is a $3,500 annual fee for using and maintaining the land-- no other fees. There is a possiblity to buy shares in the corporation to "own the land" and pay no fees. There is a screening process for potential owners to keep the community safe. The home has been vacant for 2 years, and may need tlc accordingly.
