David, this woman maybe a scam artist.

I've just noticed that this woman replies with the same wording to every Florida listing.

"I saw this property listed for permanent swapping, and would like to ask a couple of questions about it … before I propose any swap :

1) How much homeowner’s association fees monthly?
2) How much yearly property tax?
3) Do you own the property free and clear? No liens ?

Hi Norm, our price is not a typo...we allowed $450k  on a property and then added another $40k to up grade it to today's standards. That is a trade price because it seems that most everyone is asking 2006 prices for their homes, or they say that "their" property has gone up, and is not effected like the rest of the country where it has dropped 60 to 70%. Also note that ALL custom built RV's are one of a kind and there are no two alike. We have been told of other MCIs that are selling for $235k, and when we look them up, they have NO slides, or half the other things that ours has... WE are not desperate and it is not a short sale. The same empty bare chassis today sells for $525k without the SLIDES. Of course the cash price is much lower and yet to be determined. A couple in Nuevo CA. wanted $600k for a home that they had just paid $318k for. The replacement cost on our RV is over 1.5 MILLION today. So if we have to suffer and keep it, oh well !
