You indicated that someone else owned it, and you said you wanted to do a 3-way-trade with one of my properties, and that you would get a "break on the price in place of a commission." Your exact words. Here's the excerpt from your e.mail: [The tax # is 0960601030. The owner paid 132k 4/24/2002 according to county records. I get a break on the price in place of a commission. You also said that there is a flood area on it, and power lines run through the property. Potential problems with wetlands and power company right-of-way issues can make raw land less valuable, and more difficult to develop. You really should disclose this type of info. up front. What kind of trader and dealer are you? If you are a RE agent or broker, then you are supposed to disclose that info. by law.

And do you own this property or not? Sure sounds like you are the owner, and if so, now I'm wondering why you chose to hide that info. from me. Could you explain?
