Thank you for your interest and response to my ad. RU sure that you have an interest in a mountain top retreat? You sound as though you could be a dyed in the wool city dweller :-)
This property is a Highlands address and only 10 minutes to Cashiers. If you leave the town of Highland you are exactly 9 miles up the mountains to this home. There are 2 others below me on this mountain but they cannot be seen from the house or property. The first below me is a newly built 20,000. sqft home.
Our 5 acres is made up of a 3 1/2 acres parcel with the house & barn and a contiguous 1 1/2 acres separate folio building lot with power in and a running stream. To the eye it is all one parcel.
If still interested what do you propose as a trade position? Of course it all depends on your liking the property style, area and pictures etc. I'm just looking for a starting point and I'd be happy to send pics etc. please provide an email address other than domuswap, thanks & best regards, Jerry@morabela.com
