- I have a property that I'd like to trade for montrose, possibly. the new format on DomuSwap, makes it hard to manuever, or at least for me. I can't find your asking price for the home, just the 2400 per acre asking price. I have a beautiful place, along I-70, that you should know about, it's got a beautiful home 3/2 nicely appointed approx 2500sf, in town location on 22 acres, with a show barn (6200sf) and an indoor arena approx 9000sf. It's my equestrian estate, and attracts many travelers as I've been using it as a Horse Motel type B&B, and it shows well. Let me know if you'd be interested.
