Located in Galesburg, IL, a college and railroad town about 45 mins. west of Peoria, this 1930s, with 1950s addition, former orphanage would be ideal for a boutique hotel, honor dorm, or office or apartment building. I'm not going through with my plans, due to aorta and iliac replacement sugery, and will offer owner financing, if necessary. I'll have it paid off with the Oct '10 payment. Obviously, at this price, it needs rehab, but about 95% of the wiring and panels have been redone, about 85%…See More
