I found this on Goswap, Ree, and now here. This experienced trader thinks that comps and apparaisals are not out there and their property is worth what they think it is worth regardless of the comps. Obviously we are all fairly bright people and know that there are comps out there they may just not be what the seller would like them to be. Here is the comment on all 3 sites...
