No need to be present for an auction. If you are an investor ... this is a great way to land a good deal. Many investors (personally experienced) get involved with the auctions DTLA. Last week to sign up for 18th auction. Interested- contact me.

I am here to help as an agent in Southern California. Referrals welcome. I will do the same... I am in the South Bay area of California. I also work Lofts and auctions Downtown LA and Marina Del Rey. There is an auction April 18th. New Lofts Downtown starting bis is 176K. They were selling up to 860K. Great Buys!

I have had several people contact me about swapping property from out of state FL GA and NC where I am not licensed and would like to start a referral business for property that might not be listed and vis persa. If you have clients that have property that they want to swap for SC area please let me know. I have several clients in Mt Pleasant Downtown Charleston, West Ashley and James Island that would like to trade. Most want to stay in the greater Charelston area but I have a few that have second homes and would like other areas.

I am a real estate agent/licensed gen. contractor in Redding CA (northern CA approx. 2 hrs. north of Sacramento) I am trying to swap my home for Orange County CA. The property is listed on Shasta County MLS, and I am willing to pay 3% commission to selling office should anyone be able to sell etc. If another agent has buyer we can work something out..to cover commission for both agents. Please look at my listing and let me know what you think! Also, we have lots on which to build fourplexes, and residential lots. We can build out plexes or homes for investors at the most competitive prices around. Excellent FHA financing for investors on fourplexes. Also have office/retail condos for sale. David, commenting back to you: I belong to 2 MLSs, Santa Barbara Association of Realtors and CLAW MLS, which covers wide areas of west Los Angeles with several cities like Malibu, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Woodland Hills and more. How you invision to contact them? I have ability to sent mass e-mails to all the agents (around 1450 in Santa Barbara County alone) in SBMLS, but it's must be active listing related, otherwise they will penalize for using their system for non-listing related ads. If you think of way to contact them with your Domuswap, let me know and maybe we can work out something beneficial for both sides then.

I am coming more and more to think that to make this successful, we need the Real Estate organizations to get involved. This was my original intention when I started Domuswap in June 2007. However, the Realtors, etc, were not as quick to embrace it as the individual owners.

We need to get the large Real Estate organizations on board. They will be able to find and facilitate swaps within their listing base. The problem I am seeing is deals that just die on the vine, for lack of someone to see the process through. I've seen this in non swap (sale) situations as well.

Remax, Coldwell Bank, anyone?
