Property for sale or trade in Baja

Ok, first time on here, but here it goes. My Husband and i found our current dwelling online, We came we saw, we offered adn the property was ours. We have now lived here for just over a year, and though we love it here and do not plan to leave, we did buy too much property. So in essence, we have a couple of lots up for sale or trade. One lot is 760 meters2 and the other is 860 meters2. We would ideally want to trade for property in Canada or in the warmer climates of USA (such as Nevada, California, you know, where youdon't always freeze your butt off, we have become aclimatized, though we are Canadian, hence the reason why Canada is our first choice, we miss our families). The lots availible are a 3 minute walk to the Sea of Cortez (great sport fishing, diving, swimming, sailing). The community is small and tranquil, the people here are helpful and friendly. Located between santa Rosalia and Mulege, and just a 6 hour drive to La Paz (If you ever needed a super large city fix). Electricity, water, satellite television, telephone and internet are all availible. The file I have attached is not current, the overgrowth is after a 2 day rainstorm we had, we have since removed all the weeds, but donèt woory, the entire 4 lots we own are covered in palm trees, cacti, aloe vera plants and many more plants that Ièm not 100% sure of the names.
