I THINK IN A LISTING FOR SWAPPING,THE INFORMATION NEEDED IS ASKING PRICE,(PREFERED APPRAISEL), EQUITY, EXCESS EQUITY AND HOW ITS PAID FOR, TRADING WANTS, OWNER FINANCE. IF ALL THESE WERE COVERED I EACH LISTING, MORE OFFERS WOULD OCCUR.
