ReMax Commercial

I think it was ReMax. Anyway.

A new national commercial, supposedly to show what great service ReMax provides, uses the scenario of a young couple looking to upsize.

To quote the actor "we really need more space, but need to sell our house first".
So therefore they contacted ReMax, since they can sell there house so they can then buy there new place.

I guess they don't see a scenario to consider a swap when it is staring them in the face.

I really think we need large, national, organizations like ReMax to take up the cause of swapping, and shepherd it along. There market for traditional home sells is certainly not all it was so, if they had some creativity and foresite, they would look to other means.

They can even use most of their commercial verbatim.
