My home is 2960 sq ft under air, 5500 total. 2 acres partically fenced, heated pool and spa. Looking for comparable. I need to be within driving distance to University of Colorda - Denver Campus.

Yes we spoke a few weeks ago. I am trying to get close enough to University of Colorado downtown campus for my son to commute to school. I did look at the website and you have a beautiful home but it is too far. I remember you saying your wifes mother is here in Florida. Good luck in your search.

Hello Donna;

I live in Ft Myers - looking to exchange into a new home - I own a homne in Bayfield which near Durango in SW CO - I thought I would throw out the option as if someone has the home you want in Denver and they don't want SW FL - they may take Bayfield instead of SE FL - also taking SW CO maybe easier to manage/use than SW FL - just throwing an idea at you - THANKS

Hi Victor,

Currently both of my Florida homes are rented till the end of the year. We are living in Aurora but would definetly consider maybe something when my tenants leases are up, if you can wait that long. What size house do you have in Bayfield and what size house are you looking for in Florida? Both my homes are located in Lehigh Acres.
