Observation deck on river and private floating dock. Website up and running, many returning guests. Sale will include website and all furniture, linens, dishes, appliances in all rental rooms. Each room has own grill and outdoor freezer. Cabin and apartment are rented yearly for winter rentals. Absolutely beautiful view, quiet, no motor boats are allowed on river, drift boats only. Fantastic King Salmon fishing hole directly off dock, the guides fight over it! Large heated garage and extra storage building. Firepit with benches and woodshed. Many upgrades have been done. Too many to mention here. We love the lodge and the many guests we have met. I am an RN and was out of work for 2 years w/ a 2 brain tumors. Had surgery and am doing better now, but had to live that time on credit cards, so now we need to downsize and pay off some expenses and start over. hi...I own a 2nd row sound / ocean lot on hilton head island, sc. it's listed for $1,195,000. it's located in a private gated community, 100 yrds from a private beach, and in a community with world class amenities including golf, tennis, and miles of bike paths. let me know if you have any interest. i'd like to see more pictures and your web site. thanks!

I think the price of your property is quite out of the price range we are looking for, but I'm sure it is quite beautiful! I was out of work (I'm an RN) for two years because of a brain tumor, I had surgery, but having to live on credit cards for all that time put us a bit behind. We are looking to try and pay off expenses and medical bills and start over. But I really appreciate the message...Thanks, Tamera
