Wooded Lot Near South Carolina Mountains!!

Hi. I have a very nice half acre lot near the mountains of South carolina I would like to trade. It is half wooded, half open and has electricity and water available. The subdivision has a stone entrance,  homes ranging from $250k-500k, streetlights, and a playground for children. My lot is at the back of the subdivision in a quiet cul-de-sac setting with little/no traffic. Just 3 years ago, the lot value was $55k but I am only placing value at $40k now due to economy.
