Wintergreen is a full-scale resort offering golf, tennis, skiing, swimming, spa, hiking, and more. It is located about 45 minutes from Charlottesville, VA in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. I would also like Pittsburgh or NY city area. I like to be in town within walking distance of shopping, coffee, etc. The condo is worth about $160,000 based on comparables (it comes with a resort membership).
