Looking for a warm place to trade our studio condo at the base of Winter Park, CO ski resort. The studio is a brand new fully furnished unit on the amenity deck level of Founder's Pointe; underground heated parking; located right at the base of the ski resort and the new village. Vegas, AZ or Southern CA?

i am interested in your winter park properties, it would require a 3 way swap , Central Florida (1 of 2 homes available) $200,000 /1800 sqft and/or $400,000 / 3800sqft respectively all in Orlando area, some one in Boulder trade you then they trade me ,, it all happens at the same time,, just offering this option

3 BR house in Chino Valley AZ. Not as hot as Phoenix and not nearly as cold as Flagstaff or WinterPark.

I have a 4/2, 2012 square feet home in Miami Florida in an excellent and central location (15 minutes from South Beach and 27 minutes from Fort Lauderdale). I am looking for a condo or cabin in Colorado, Arizona, Virginia, Louisiana, Tennessee, or North Carolina. Let me know if this is worth discussing in more detail.
