House Swapping Version 2.0
Windermere, FL pool home 15 min. from Disney for Hill Country land/home
We are interested in any possibilities in Austin and the surrounding area, but our hope is to find land with or without a small home where we can do some hobby farming or run a B&B/ restaurant.
Our home in Florida is 15 minutes North of the Magic Kingdom at Disney World. The neighborhood is gated with lake access, has a playground and picnic tables and gazebos, and is a short walk to new grocery, restaurants, dry cleaners, and postal service. We are close to a 2 year old elementary school and a new high school is being built very near as well.
Our home is 2750 square feet with a covered porch and screened in lanai with heated pool/spa. The house has 4 bedrooms and a large bonus room; a kitchen with island and eating area and family room which look out onto the pool through 3 sets of French doors; an office/formal living; a formal dining area we are currently using as a billiard room; and 2.5 baths, one very convenient to the pool area, one in master bedroom with spa tub and shower with multiple shower heads, and another full bath in the hall. We are one of the few pool homes that also have a substantial back yard where we have planted fruit trees and flowers.

we have some land about 4 miles from Wimberley Texas, in the heart of the Tx Hill COuntry. 5 to 21 acres, soil is very good for farming which is not always the case in the Hill COuntry. One parcel offers B&B options.
