Wilmington Island (Savannah) House for Forsyth County or East Cobb

I have a beautiful 4 bedroom/ 2 bath house on Wilmington Island. The house is minutes away from Tybee Beach, Historical Downtown, and Riverstreet.  We have new hardwood floors and many upgrades.  Our house appraised for 245,000 two years ago.  We are asking 225,000.
