Dear Hans Jacob,

Trading up, down, or even depends on the property, it's value, and location on the lake. What is it that you have to offer on Lake Wateree.? Is it a house? Also, age square ft, location on lake; main channel, or small cove? etc,etc. Is it listed for sale so it can be seen in MLS.

Our property is oceanfront, on the Isle of Palms, SC. It is listed for sale at this time.
