House Swapping Version 2.0
Will trade condo in Florida for vacation home - Value $140K. Will trade up or down
Since my boyfriend and I have moved in together, I have a beautiful condo that has been rented for the last 2 1/2 years and produced great income but am considering trading for a property outside Florida that I can use as a 2nd home. Open to areas, since we have friends up and down the East coast. The condo was totally renovated 3 years ago (new kitchen, baths, a/c, lighting etc.) and has fresh paint and carpet since the tenant moved out.
Development has golf, pools, tennis, jacuzzi, sauna, bike path, clubhouses, restaurants and is totally maintenance free lifestyle.
