Will swap our Grand Lake Ohio house for Northeast Indiana lake place

Beautiful 2 bedroom lake cottage on Ohio's largest inland lake, Grand Lake St. Mary's. The house is just off the jetty, boat ramp and lake so taxes are low: $580. Very cool town: drive-in movie, loads of trails and parks, fishing.
We want to be on an Indiana lake, preferably Winona, Round, or other in Northeast Indiana, for around $100,000.
