The taxes on the vacant land is about $100.00 per year with no assoicataion dues as yet. Power is in to the lots, you will have either electric, propane, solar, or wind mill. There are other homes in the area and their well is 310' deep with 15 gallons per minute. This location has a 360 degree view of downtown Whitehall & several mtn ranges. There are covenants but not to strict, they do allow modulars, manufactured homes, you can have a home based business but with no sign to advertise. The square footage is about 1200 sq ft but I will check on that. The price is flexible, the other two lots sold for 44,900.00.
