Eric, I am giong by your ASKING PRICE ($325k). As you know the housing mkt is really down here as well as Mexico. A person can ask what ever as you know but true value is what it will sell for in todays mkt and in todays mkt the value is not in my home here in Az as I'm sure it is the same in Mexico.
What it boils down to is what we both are willing to trade for, putting any "ASKING PRICE" aside.
A couple of questions on your home. I didn't see any solar panels only a small generator, also I assume it is water haul there. Otherwise everything else looks really nice. I also see acording to all the pics, which were really nice, you have done a lot to the home over the time you've owned it, such as the pavers in the front yard area.
You're right. Real estate is only worth what someone will pay at the time. The market will change eventually. In the meantime I simply want to trade for something I will get some use out of. I never have the time to go to Mexico anymore but am frequently in the Las Vegas and Laughlin area.
The water is trucked in and power is by generator with battery and inverter. It is very easy and cost effective as we don't use much electricity. The stove, water heater, and fridge are all propane.
