Would you consider a property and home like ours near Dallas, TX? Please see the link for our trade here on Domuswap. We have a link in the posting to over 70 pictures.
Are you still looking to trade? I know these listing stay forever, I was a Lindal builder and just love your home.
Yes, we still have the home and our tenant's lease is up June 30 so it could be vacant/available at that time. Are you looking to live there full-time? What did you have as a trade and would you be interested in holding the mortgage? We also have the two adjacent waterfront lots for sale if this may be of interest to you.
I had actually forgot we had the ad listed here and our situation has changed drastically in the past 18 months as we now live in Florida full-time. Our trade options have changed somewhat.
Hope to hear from you soon.
