I saw this property listed for permanent swapping, and would like to ask a couple of questions about it … before I propose any swap :

1) How much homeowner’s association fees monthly?
2) How much yearly property tax?
3) Do you own the property free and clear? No liens ?

$3000 taxes

The complex is Riverhills. The address is 1307 Riverhills Circle East, Unit 2. It is a ground floor unit. It is on the Arlington River (which feeds the St. Johns) about 5 minutes by boat to where the two rivers meet at downtown Jacksonville. Small dogs are allowed, but no Great Danes, Labs, German Shepherds etc. An identical unit that has not been redone (as mine has) is currently on the market for $249,000. Mine is in the same ballpark (if not a little more).. Pictures are being posted to realtor.com. I'll add a reference in a subsequent post.

We have two dogs; a mini poodle and a Great Dane. If there is any way we would be allowed the Great Dane, we would be interested, They are both sweethearts and we would not give them up. The house you are interested is our residence and we wish to relocate to Jacksonville. However, if you are interested, we own two vacant lots, one in GA and one in FL that we wish to sell or trade. The lot in GA is in an upscale gated community with amenities in Woodbine. There is a private marina in the subdivision where we own a boatslip. The lot in FL is also in an upscale gated community in River Oaks in the Hammock with a day dock on the Intracoastal and within walking distance to the beach. If you are interested in the vacant lots, we may be willing to do a trade for your condo and use the condo as a rental. You sound like boat people as we are. Let me know if you are interested in the lots.
