Waterfront home- Port Charlotte, FL

We have a beautiful and spacious home in Port Charlotte FL:
3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths (one is a half bath by the pool that is airconditioned), right on a lake/large pond, heated pool, huge media/art studio, lot so light. Large kitchen that looks onto breakfast nook and water and also looks into the living room. Mstr bedrm and bath are huge. About 2,400 square feet just inside and then there is a large caged lanai with pool that looks onto water.
300-350K Range (paid 398K) 2 1/2 yrs ago.

Looking to move to NJ (Essex County, Bergen County), (Swampscott, Marblehead, etc. - North shore area or Boston proper-MA, Dallas, TX. Looking for smaller condo or home - min 1,300 sq ft.

Beautiful house with panoramic views of Courtmacsherry Bay in County Cork Ireland. This home is only 10 yrs old, and lots added, and renovated to it already! Direct waterviews form the central bay window,. A 3 bed 11/2 bath, with the best location. Marina to be constructed in the town . This home includes everything down to the car.( no expense was regarded when we bought the furnishings and extras.) This is truly a great trade property.
