AC/heated sq ft = 3,000 - the unfinished basement contains an additional 1800, 500 of which we use for a workshop. Price is negotiable - depends on what we are considering to trade - our home was valued at $400K in 2006, but who knows now??? Would you consider a trade for a beautiful waterfront townhome in Jacksonville, Florida. If there is a difference in price between our properties (i.e. if your property is more expensive than mine), I can include a very nice residential lot in Port Charlotte Florida as part of the trade. I have a beautiful 3/2 condo in ChampionsGate,FL (about 10 minutes to Disney World). The condo features breath-taking views of conservation areas, totally private, huge screened in lani and hardwood floors and custom closets throughout.
