Want to trade two homes on Castle Rock Lake, New Lisbon, WI for income producing property
I have two new homes in the WaterStone Development on Castle Rock lake in New Lisbon, WI that I would like to trade for a multi-family property. I would trade one or both. They are both 3br/2ba homes with 1800-2100 heated sq ft and include all appliances. Both have full basements that could be finished to extra living space. They are located in the WaterStone development that has a club with intoor pool, sauna and workout center. The properties have dock access on WaterStone Lake. The properties are located 20 minutes north of Wisconsin Dells.

One is priced at $359,900 and the other at $459,900. I have to admit, there is a mistake in my original description. They are both 3 br, 2 baths homes instead of the 3/3 that I have in my add. Both have large great rooms with vaulted ceilings and full basements that have roughed-in plumbing so they can be finished. Both have new appliances. Stove, frig, hooded-microwave, disposal and dishwsher. Both have 3 car garages.
