Hi Lisa
We have a beautiful turnkey luxury home in Arizona with a diving pool and putting green. It's close to lakes, great schools, shopping, entertainment, health facilities, and airport. We're looking to trade for intersting property(ies) in the northeast. See our home on this website ID#4114 and if you need we can send additional photos and info. Let us know,
Robert and Rose Jamieson

Hello,
I'm sure this is beyond a long shot, but we have a nice home in an upscale secluded community in Deltona Florida. We are half way between Daytona and Orlando providing nice opportunities in both areas easily. We are a half hour to Daytona Beach, New Symrna Beach, Ponce Inlet and 15 minutes to the InterCoastal. Our home is 3000 sq.ft., four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large laundry room, double garage, mature trees with front and back irrigation from private well, 1/2 acre lot, new roof, formal dining room, formal living room, family room with brick fireplace, tile kitchen and entryway with gorgeous maple cabinets and baseboards, doors, doorframes throughout the house.
Our family of 11 is being forcefully transferred to the DC area and we are only interested in farm/ranch land. A long commute is more than worth our dream becoming reality. Your farm is exactly what we desire. We want to run a couple of shops and have a farmstead. I do not know what our home is valued at in todays market, but we owe $275,000 on our mortgage to make a swap. If you are selling a family heritage type farm perhaps you are able to scale down at a loss to ensure the long term preservation of your property as we would be there for generations to come. Perhaps we could manage/run your businesses as part of the swap. I have experience in the pizzeria industry as a manager and cook. We have one son who is a young adult and 6 teenagers that are willing and able also. We all want to relocate together and set up a homestead.
Please let me know if you have any interest in working towards a swap that would be nice for both of us. Thank you :)

Hi Lisa,
We have a 2nd row beach home on Bald Head Island NC [ www.baldheadisland.com for total island info] currently listed at $899900. Bald Head has a private marina with slips available, private golf club - Bald Head Island Club and 2nd private swim club The Shoals Club and much discounted memberships to either or both are avalible through our home.
you can see our home here under NC or listed at www.baldheadvacations.com. The name of the home is Balvenie.
Bald Head Island is a unique 5 mile barrier island accessable only by boat [ferries run at least hourly all year] and is a golf car only island with the exception of maintentence, police, fire and by permit- contractors.
Truely a unique spot that was booming in demand before the real estate market slowdown, so it is poised to move upward again once the market bounces back.
I can be reached at bschroeder@kwcharlotte.com
Thanks!
Bill
