House Swapping Version 2.0
want permanent trade from Bakersfield, CA to northern CA or southern Oregon
Our families are in northern CA now and we want to be near them. We have a 3175 sq ft home, purchased new in 2007. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, indoor utility room, formal lr, formal dr, library, family room with fireplace, covered patio, all granite and stainless steel kitchen, hardwood floors, elegant curved staircase in same hardwood. 10' ceilings, 4 car garage. Tile roof. No mortgage, we bought it free and clear, so are looking for a permanent swap. Would love Sacramento/Chico/Woodland/Davis/Granite Bay, anywhere around there or up into southern Oregon.

3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, ocean view, 1290 sq ft., 15 minutes from San Francisco.
What's the market value of your home today? HOA?

We paid 500K and it's probably worth about 400K. Has a 24 panel solar package on it too. We own it free and clear, HOA dues are $27.00/month.
