Want larger home in Martinez, California
Hi All,
I want to trade up to a 2000-3000 sf home in or near Martinez, CA. I live in Martinez now in a 1700sf sfr with minimal equity.
I also own a rental home free & clear in Chico, California worth about $150,000. Rents for $1,000/mo. Good tenants.
Let me know what you have. If you don't want my property, perhaps I can work a 3-way.

Yes, my homes would be a down payment towards a larger property. I have good income and can afford a higher mortgage.

The property is a manufactured home on perm foundation built in 1974 with more recent remodeling. There is 1340 s.f., 3 beds, 2 baths, a covered carport and fenced yard. Neighborhood was just annexed by the city and they are installing a sewer to the street soon. The home is on E. 10th St.
Sorry, but I have no photos and am not local to the property. I live in Martinez and want to move up but stay in the Martinez area.
