I have a 430 acre farm with a 7 bedroom meninite house and out buildings, mostly harwood timber and some pastures in southern Kentucky just north of the Tennessee border. value 699k. If you are interested we might be able to make a deal. I need a place in San Destin. I also have 117 acres or timber/pasture land with access to the Cumberland river. Value $281k.
