Trade my furnished downtown SLC Condo for a small place in Northern CA ... or...?

I have a beautiful luxury downtown SLC condo that I never use.  I live and work in San Mateo / Burlingame CA, which is 25 minutes South of San Francisco.

If there is anyone out there that would like to live in a very nice condo in the heart of downtown SLC, I have the place for you.  

I have posted pictures here and in my profile - if you want/need more let me know.

I am looking to do one of the following (in order of preference):
  1. Trade - Trade this condo and cash for a small place in San Mateo, Burlingame, area of Northern California (a place to call home).
  2. Downsize.... Swap this property for a smaller house in UT - areas of interest are Sandy, Draper, Lehi, Nephi, Sts. George, etc..    
If any of these options sound intersting to you and/or you have other suggestions, reach out to me.   I would also be interested in doing 3-way trade if thats what it takes.  

The SLC Condo was purchased in 2008 for $400K, probably worth about $350K now, fully furnished.
 
I owe $280K, I would ideally like to do trade or downsize. I do not have much to contribute cash wise to this transaction.
