Trade my 7 apartments in NY for your house, condo, lots, townhouse or acreage

My properties are at 58 and 58 1/2 Bowen Street, Jamestown, NY 14701. The back right green house is the 5 unit, and the front blue house is the 2 unit. The tenants pay all utilities except I pay water for a few of them. The taxes are $3200 a year. This could be lowered. The insurance is $1400 a year. The water probably averages about $140 month although we have had water problems we corrected. I got a few large water bills. These are all of the bills. Fully rented it brings it around $2450 a month. 4 of the 7 are rented right now. We might be able to get the other 3 rented for you. I have put around 20K into them. Call me at 443-402-0302.
