What is the value of your home? I have a 3/2 just south of Lake Nona in a gated community (not a zero lot line).

I like the home you have for trade, and I own a home in Orlando (near the Delaney Park area)...but while the home I have (it's currently rented out at $1,100/month) is a 3/3 with 1560 sq ft, it's not as new as yours, but it was upgraded in 2007.....It has two master bedrooms, one with its own hot water heater, and one with its own private entrance. It has a working fireplace and a large, conventionally built storage building in the back. No garage. The pictures I've uploaded were taken before the current renter moved in, and I'm not sure how it looks now (I live in St. Petersburg. I moved over here when I got married about 4 years ago, and we upgraded it a good deal, planning to sell, but the market just wasn't right).
