IF you ever change your mind, and would consider GA : we own free and clear TWO huge historical houses in Central GA, in a city called MACON. It is a university town (Mercer Univ has a med school and law school), and home to a tertiary referral medical center (MCCG).You can live in one house and rent the other --or rent all ROOMS, instead of houses.
