Trade large Lake Front home in central Maine for pool home in central Florida

We are downsizing and moving south. We have a lake front 4000', 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom, 4 acres home on one of the best, deepest, & clearest lakes in central Maine. (also has 4 1/2 heated garages) Currently FHA appraised at $592 K. We would like to relocate to the Mt. Dora & Eustis area. Our home is good for all 4 season activities, close to Sugarloaf & Saddleback ski resorts, etc. If interested, please contact wrouton@tds.net

Are you still looking to trade for Florida? I have two properties in Valrico, east of Tampa/St. Pete metro, but also know of a Eustis trader who wants my place. Photos and full info upon request.
Still available. Would like to look at your pic and info.
Wendell, we have a 3.5-acre estate comprised of three parcels: one acre with a restored Victorian parsonage (our residence), another adjacent acre with 2 turnkey corporate/vacation rentals/pool, and an adjacent 1.5-acre horse set-up. The parcel with the vacation rentals is comparable to your value. I've attached my listings for the parsonage and the vacation rentals from ree and goswap, as well as a website that gives a great deal of info on the location, and the whole estate. You will also find more photos and info at our primary rental listing site: Homeaway.com, listings #253204 & #236832.

Hi Jan,

Very neat parcels. They are very intriguing.

Wendell
When I first found your post here yesterday, there was a link to your real estate listing on the property, with several photos and much more information. Now I can't seem to find it. I wonder if you could forward that link or Web address?
Thanks,
Jan
