Trade a townhouse in PA for a similar property in Sacramento
I have a one year old townhouse in phoenixville area where major pharmaceutical companies, such as Wyeth or GSK, close by. The market price for the townhouse is around $299000..which has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms..I will be relocated to Sacramento on Jan, 2009 and see whether there is a similar property for a possible trade..
