I have a 3 Bedroom 2 bath home, in Mandarin, Circle drive around huge oak tree, 2 car garage. Post and beam screened Lanai, Newly remodeled, Stainless Steel, Granite, In ground pool, and 1000 sq. foot unfinished guest house/garage. Currently I keep my boat stored inside. 2005 would have sold for $325K probably valued at about 235K now. I'm single now and would like to downsize to a condo with a Garage. We have a lakefront home in Northeast Florida we're interested in trading. It's driveable distance to Jacksonville (I teach at UNF). It's a gorgeous home on three heavily wooded acres in the community of Keystone Heights (great school, family-oriented town). The house is built to resemble an Adirondack lake house with lots of wood, two fireplaces and three screened porches. It has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and a downstairs play/game room that could be made into an inlaw suite. The house is on the market for $398,000 but we're interested in trading.
