Cliff,

I own a lot on Bald Head Island on the third green looking straight down the fairway (rare great view with perfect sunsets). It was purchased for $495,000 and is not on the market but would be willing to trade for this condo if interested in land on a very exclusive island?

we onwn a home ia gated community just 30 miles north of Miami
it is a single story, lakefront home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 -car garage and approx. 2750 sqft

I have a 4/2 that is 2012 square feet in an excellent and central location (15 minutes from South Beach and 27 minutes from Fort Lauderdale). The home interior is completely remodeled (brand new wood floors throughout, brand new kitchen (with stainless steel appliance and granite countertops), and brand new master bath with travertine tile). I am very interested in a Colorado home. If you are interested, I would like to discuss further.

I have pretty much abandoned the idea of swapping, sounds like a lot of trouble. Zillow has my home at $216,500. I am not sure how accurate or close that is.
I am looking to outright purchase something and that is why I contacted you for more information.
So do you have pictures and other details?

If your Tennesee home still available?  How large is it?  Any land or acreage?  Any garages?  What is the current value?

 

We have a beautiful, 4-sided brick, estate style home on 6.73 park-like acres in NE Georgia.  2 car brick garage.  30X60 metal shop with full power.
