I have several beautiful properties for sale on the Cumberland Plateau in North Central Tennessee. Several of these tracts are on or near Rivers, Lakes, Creeks and National Parks. My property is in SW Florida, 3 miles from Sanibel, 6 miles from Estero Island. High rent area in S. Fort Myers.
1800 sq. ft. carriage home, lake community.
However we need to trade a home for home! We bought at 283K have 18K in upgrades and are willing to trade or sell
for 220k due to downturn.
