beginning to think your not serious.

Hi, This property is located on Spring Grove Road in The Village of Brushton 11 miles west of the City of Malone. The property has a Casino 30 miles North and a Ski Resort 25 miles South. This a gorgous piece of property.

I have a 3 bed/ 3 bath home on 1.1 acres just 10 minutes from Steamboat Springs, CO and 10 minutes from the regional airport. Just 1/4 mile from the Yampa River. 2 car garage. No HOAs.  There are 2 additional buildings on the property currently rented out. Low taxes & insurance. I have over $400K into it but in today's market would guess the value @ $250K-$300K. Approx. rental for home & buildings is $1200/Month.
