What city in DE is the house located?
My 3 year old house is located in Talbot County, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, bonus room, much more and is priced in the low 400's. It is a water access community and each home has over two acres. Is this something you are interested in?

Our names are Melvin and Belinda Butts.We from N.J. and moved South Almost 5yrs ago. We would like to return up North. We are 20miles from beauiful Charleston S.C.
