LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!
The most important part of buying a house is getting the right location, you can never change a location but you can make changes to a house to make it your own. We have the best of both worlds; a large family house with all the renovation works done (5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) and one of the best areas to buy in France that still retains its French identity. Welcome to our attractive stone rendered farmhouse from the 17th Century, having been fully renovated to provide large bright and contemporary accommodation. Nestling within 4 HECTARES of land with a small river meandering along the periphery and standing in a slightly elevated position with breathtaking far reaching views over the sleepy countryside of Tarn-et-Garonne and a beautiful fairytale chateau and yet just 1 kilometre from a charming village. The property also has two large stone barns offering excellent potential for further expansion for two further gîtes and a wonderful two tier deck with barbeque and summer kitchen area on top level and luxury tiled swimming pool on lower level with 3 cabanas including a shower room and from which you can actually swim with a view!!

Good Evening-
Which area of the US would you be considering?
Also- are all euros the same? 450,000 would be about $ 578,000? What quality of health care is in the area where you are? How up to date is it as far as acute illnesses? How would I qualify health care information- get specifics on the quality of the region of France that you are in?
Possibly too personal of a question for you to answer....do you wish to retire to other countries or wanting to live in another country to work/live in another atmosphere?

Thank you.
Hi,

Thank you for your message which I shall respond to as follows:-

1. Yes euros are one currency.
2. Health care - second to none but like in the USA you have to pay for it (via insurances etc)
3. We are in the South West of France which has quality health care in all major towns.
4. We are looking for a holiday home.

Please feel free to ask any more questions
