I have a ocean front lot in Gulf Breeze, FL located in a very upscale community with 2 18-hole golf courses and million dollar houses all around. I would like to trade for your town home. I have many pictures I can send.

my family and I are looking to relocate to California. Wife is from there and her family is there, she was actually born in Redondo Beach. I am not sure what you are looking for, but we have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage and pool wth large screened patio. We are located in Beacon Woods of Bayonet Point Florida. This is a golf course community, a mixture of retired residents as well as younger families. There is a clubhouse that offers activities. We are just minutes away from a small beach, Hudson beach, where there are a couple of restaurants and tiki bars.
Our house is in a very nice, quiet community. The house has a roof that was replaced within the last 3 years, both bathrooms have been completly remodeled, new tile on the floors and shower walls. New fixtures, toilets, sinks, the whole 9 yards. Tile and carpeting throughout. I have attached a couple of pictures and will add more if you are interested.
We are the second owner of the home to my knowledge. We have lived here for the past 5 1/2 years and purchased it from an elderly woman. We have updated much of the house since we have been here.

I have a Single Family Home in Las Vegas, NV about 5 minutes from the Palms Casino Resort. 3 bedroom house with swimming pool. NO HOA FEES =)

Centrally located in a mature community of Spring Valley. Great Place! Right off Flamingo Road, close to USPS, Pep Boys, Subway, dry cleaners, Smith's supermarket, Pizza Hut, Cricket Wireless, etc...

Would like to move by end of August as I will be attending school in California.
